Big Poppa is classified as a defining gel.  These are its claims:   Humidity-resistant and frizz-fighting formula shines & defines all curl types with a touchable hold. Perfect for wash & go’s, coils, and twists.   I purchased this product form Marshall's.  They are known for carrying high-end hair products and I make sure to make my monthly visit to see what they have on their shelves. I placed Big Poppa in my inventory and after washing my hair I went to reach for one of my favorites "Bee Girl."   As I started applying the product, I realized that it wasn't "Bee Girl."   The texture was thicker and smooth.  My hair responded very well to product.  It glided through my curls smoothly and curled up quickly.
